Do you ship overseas?
No, currently we ship within Australia only. We do offer free delivery in Alice Springs. Please contact us about express shipping.
How long will it take to get my order?
Please note deliveries are taking longer then usual as postal services are experiencing delays due to the current restrictions.
What happens if no one is home?
If you're not sure if anyone will be home, you can give us permission to leave the gift in a safe location, how ever if it's not possible to leave the gift somewhere, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect the gift.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use Australia post to send all our parcels.
Do you offer a pick up location?
Yes hampers and gifts can be picked up, please contact us to arrange a time. Free delivery for local residents in Alice Springs.
PRODUCT
Can I return my product?
Yes, absolutely! If you are not happy, simply contact us and return your unused hamper and contents within 10 days for a full refund. If a product is damaged contact us straight away and we can arrange a replacement.
Can you customise a bundle for me?
Yes! We all have different needs and tastes, if you like our range of products but want a different bundles, simply contact us and we can simply swap some products for you to create a bundle of your own.
Can my gift hamper be delivered on a specific date?
Yes, specify the date at check out and we will do our best to get it there on that date. Please keep in mind that delivery times is out of our control.
