We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. All orders are sent from Alice Springs, NT.

Processing Times

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being received. During busy periods — including Christmas, Mother's Day, and other peak gifting times — please allow a little extra time. You will receive a shipping confirmation notification once your order is on its way.

Shipping Options

At checkout you can choose from two Australia Post services:

• Parcel Post — standard delivery. Estimated delivery times vary by destination; allow 2–10 business days from dispatch for most Australian locations, and potentially longer for remote areas.
• Express Post — Australia Post's fastest tracked service. Next-business-day delivery is available to addresses within the Express Post network; deliveries outside the network will be sent by the fastest available means.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the service selected.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification containing your Australia Post tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel at auspost.com.au.

Delivery Notifications

Australia Post will send delivery notifications to the contact details provided at checkout. We recommend double-checking your email address and mobile number when ordering so you do not miss updates from Australia Post.

Unattended Deliveries & Safe Drop

Australia Post may leave your parcel in a safe location at the delivery address ("Safe Drop") if no one is home, at the driver's discretion. If a Safe Drop is not possible, a collection card will be left and your parcel will be held at your local Post Office for collection. We are unable to guarantee whether a parcel will or will not be left unattended — this is determined by Australia Post's driver on the day.

Signatures on Delivery

Signature on delivery is not automatically included. If you require a signature, please contact us before placing your order so we can discuss options.

Missed Deliveries & Uncollected Parcels

If Australia Post is unable to deliver and a collection card is left, please collect your parcel from the nominated Post Office within the timeframe shown on the card. Uncollected parcels may be returned to us. If your order is returned, please contact us and we will arrange redelivery (additional postage charges may apply).

Heat-Sensitive & Perishable Items

Many of our gift baskets contain food items, chocolates, or other products that may be sensitive to heat. Alice Springs and many regional Australian destinations can experience extreme temperatures. While we take care in packing your order, once it leaves our hands it is in the care of Australia Post and we cannot control storage or transit conditions. If you have concerns about heat-sensitive items in your order — particularly during summer or when shipping to regional or remote areas — please contact us before ordering so we can advise on the best approach.

Substitutions

Occasionally a specific product included in a hamper may be temporarily unavailable. Where this occurs, we will substitute it with a product of equal or greater value that fits the style and theme of the hamper. If you have any preferences or allergies, please let us know in the order notes at checkout or contact us prior to ordering.

Damaged Hampers

We take great care in packing every order, but occasionally damage can occur in transit. If your hamper arrives damaged, please:

1. Take photos of the outer packaging and the damaged contents before unpacking further.
2. Contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours of delivery — with your order number and photos.

We will work with you to find a resolution. Please note that claims for transit damage may require the photos as evidence.
